Spicy Cheese and Ginger Dip
Make this dip to go along with veggies and plain wheat crackers at your next party -guests will gobble it up!
Servings: 2 cups
Ingredients:
1/2 cup pine nuts 2 (5-ounce) jars cream cheese with pimento* 5 ounces deviled ham 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger 1 tablespoon minced onion
Method:
In a small non-stick skillet, roast the nuts over medium heat, just to toast. Let cool.
In a bowl, mix the nuts with all of the other ingredients. Serve with crackers
*Note: If you can't find cream cheese with pimento, then chop toasted peppers into tiny bits and mix in the cheese.
