Ginger Tea
Ginger can also relieve symptoms of menopause, such as headaches and hot flashes. Otherwise, this refreshing tea is delicious added to a green tea, or make your own ginger tea. It's nice served with a helping of pre-made ginger snaps. Note: Read the label of store-bought ginger snaps that may have the flavor of ginger when you bite into them, but actually contain no ginger at all in the list of ingredients.
Servings: 4
